Overview
|
Our new 'short run' print service allows your small orders of CDs or DVDs to be fully packaged in cases with colour insert sets. You can now order as few as 20 inserts and because they are printed digitally you save on the film and plates usually required for litho printing. The artwork you need to send us is simplified too. The service has been designed to complement our 'Short Run / Fast Turnaround' CD and DVD services reducing lead times to a minimum.

CD Jewel Case Front Booklets and Rear inlays
|
Front booklets fit in to the front of a Jewel Case. You can specify booklets up to 8 pages with each 120mm square panel counting as a page. Thus a 2 page booklet is a single sheet. Booklets can be printed full colour 1 side only or full colour throughout. The Rear Inlay is the sheet that sits under the tray in a standard Jewel Case. Usually printed full colour 1 side only we can print full colour both sides for use with a crystal tray. The spines are creased.

DVD cover sheets slip into the clear pocket on a DVD style case and are usually printed full colour 1 side only. You can choose booklets up to 8 pages, again printed full colour 1 side only or full colour through out. |

Cover sheets for A300 or A4 Video cases are available printed full colour 1 side only.

5.2mm 'CD Single' style Jewel Cases
|
Our 'crystal' 5.2mm CD Single style cases are brilliant. They allow you to produce a CD / DVD package with a quality look and feel, but is easy on your budget by not needing a Rear inlay. They are a 2 piece item and do not have the seperate tray found in standard jewel cases. Unlike standard CD single cases they do not need an expensive 'die cut' J-Card inserts. |
