At Media-copy.co.uk we know just how important it is that your printed CDs or DVDs are delivered intact and on time. That's why we dispatch all orders using our next-day courier and give you a 10.30 AM delivery option. 

For those who need CDs DVDs or USBs as quickly as possible, or live in the Telford, Shropshire or West Midlands area, we also give you a collection option.

Depending on the product ordered and its weight/value, the courier we use may vary.

What if something goes wrong?

Media-Copy.co.uk does everything possible to minumise the chance of your CD, DVD or USB order being damaged during shipping. Unfortunatly, although very rarely an order maybe damaged in transit.

Should your order arrive damaged after transit, in the first instance you must contact us by email at  info@media-copy.co.uk detailing the damage.

Please take a digital picture of the damage for our insurance and for any claims against the courier. Please do not dispose the item as we may require its return (if return is required we will arrange return shipping.). Once we have been notified (and have received the images of the damage) we will replace the damaged goods as soon as possible.
