We print most of our DVDs with a Screen Printing process. For best results please consider the points below when creating your design.

• Do not Bleed.
• Remember that unless you specify a White Base, the base colour of your DVD will be silver, which will give less contrast than your paper proof.
• Include registration marks but remove key lines.
• Be sure to blank out - the inner spindle hole and the 'stacking ring'
• Centre all the appropriate elements.

• Film should be positive & right reading
• Min. point size is 6
• Min line 0.10mm (0.20mm Reversed)
• Check individual specifications for emulsion, lpi (Lines Per Inch) and screen range
• Each film to show PMS colour number
• Please check & include a colour proof created from film.

• Ideally your artwork needs to be in Mac Quark format. However we can work with, EPS files Fonts to outline), Illustrator files and pdf's (not condensed). Send artwork on Zip Disc, CD, Diskette or via ISDN.
• Include all fonts and original graphics used in the design.
• Run out a black & white laser of each colour separation and send with a colour proof.
• Check the number of colours actually used in your artwork against the number of colours you expect us to print.
• Images should be in CMYK format for full colour jobs otherwise spot colour.
• Do not send RGB images.

Prior to running films we will proof your artwork via an emailed pdf. To minimise turnaround times please fax us your approval ASAP.
