R-Quest CD duplicators are simple to use and are built to US industrial design standards while being compact, allowing desktop operation. R-Quest CD & DVD duplicators are standalone meaning that you don't need to connect them to a computer to make them work.

When selecting CD or DVD copiers there are many considerations that may not be immediately apparent:

• Machine Controller. The Controller design in your duplication machine is critical to copy quality and continuity. Controller design also impacts on the ability to upgrade your machine in the future. R Quest copiers feature purpose designed controllers that allow readily upgradable firmware. Controller firmware updates are posted on the web for easy download.
• Power supply. R Quest duplication equipment feature power supplies designed to work in harmony with True Copy writers and R-Quest controllers. Ordinary PC power supplies used in cheaper machines can upset critical drive and controller electronics.
• Case Design. R-Quest duplicators have custom designed cases that manage airflow for the optimum operating temperature. Ordinary PC cases raise operating temperatures, shorten drive life, reduce copy quality and media versatility.
• Image Files. The ability to 'read once, write many' by creating an Image file on an internal hard drive allows better quality, uniform copies, especially during extended duplication runs. Without an image file repeated copy cycles heat the master, reducing read and therefore copy quality. Audio copies are especially susceptible. R Quest tower and auto loader systems allow image files.
• Replacement Drives. Our R-Quest system allows you to mix and match drives, which can be replaced or upgraded as required. Cheaper copiers deny you this facility often forcing you to replace drives 'like for like'.
• Upgrade: With CD and DVD formats and media constantly evolving it is important to select a copy system that can keep up. R Quest copiers are easily upgradeable for system and drive firmware which can be downloaded at any time from the Internet. Drives can be upgradeable 'in situ', as opposed to plugging them in to a PC.
• Cost of non-conformance. How much would producing or shipping a bad disk cost you? A bad demo disk might cost you a lost sale, and it's worse when you consider what the lifetime value of that client might have been. If you are shipping a low margin product, the cost of replacing bad disks could turn your profit into a loss.

The TC-121™ is a desktop DVD-R standalone duplicator for making both data and audio copies at up to 4x recording speeds.

Time to first copies is dramatically reduced by using direct DVD to DVD TrueCopy™ technology. In addition the TC-121 uses a BURN-Proof™ recorder to ensure that you never have problems with 'buffer under run'. Guaranteed.

You will find the TC-121™ easy and intuitive to use. As well as copying, the TC 121™ will compare copied data DVDs so that you can be assured of complete data integrity.

TC-121-D4. DVD Version.

The TC-8400™ is a professional CDR/RW standalone duplicator allowing up to four copies to be made simultaneously at up to 40x recording speeds. Four FULL 650Mb CDs can be written in less than 3 minutes, with smaller masters being even faster.

Time to first copies is dramatically reduced by writing the first copies as your master CD is read and saved to the internal hard drive (CD to CD).

Easy and intuitive to use the TC-8400™ automatically detects CD master types (such as CD-ROM, CD-XA, CD-Audio etc.) without you having to know anything about CD formats

The TC-8400 is upgradable to allow copying with two DVD writers, while the TC-8400-D4 is factory specified with four DVD writers

The TC-8908-R40™ has up to eight writers allowing copies to be made simultaneously at up to 40x recording speeds. Eight FULL 650Mb CDs can be written in less than 4 minutes, with smaller masters being even faster. The TC8908-D4 is the DVD version recording at 4x.

If you need high volume duplication you should consider the TC-8916. This tower features 16 writers at copying up to 32x.

All TC-89xx machines feature Auto Format recognition, Internal Hard Disk, Display, Multiple Masters Online and Audio Compilations. These systems ship with R-Quest TrueCopy™ writers and you have the option of specifying an Plextor UltraPlex 40 reader.

The DVD versions of the TC-8908 and TC-8916 can also copy CDs.
